Our Story
AscendWorks started when Don Dalrymple, a technology startup executive, and Jeff Payne, a long-time entrepreneur and business owner, decided to build a business system which would make their workflow faster.
Multiple projects developed with others seeking to build marketing, sales and customer service systems which market and sell their offerings in an inattentive economy.
We have mastered an array of technologies and have been diligently cracking the code on creating the ultimate customer experience. Management
Don Dalrymple, President and Senior Advisor
Don Dalrymple is the founder of AscendWorks, LLC and has worked extensively in sales, marketing and technology. Before founding AscendWorks, Don worked in Fortune 500 enterprises, start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures. With a high-tech background and entrepreneurial know-how, he helps business professionals with the clarity and systems required to compete.
Don has held executive positions in software companies and is adept at designing, building and training in business technology systems.
Don has a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and three children.
Jeff Payne, Senior Advisor
Jeff Payne is a serial entrepreneur who enjoys developing people and creating business systems for connecting with the customer.
Jeff is highly focused on the customer experience and how positioning, branding and selling are best implemented in the new economy. He has tested and mastered the selling strategies for the attention economy. His systems implementation and training have transformed how business professionals think about attracting, winning and retaining their customers.
Jeff has a passion for helping people grow and learn to connect their message with their target audience. Jeff resides in Dallas, TX with his wife. He has a son who attends Baylor University.
